spring fever
what i love most about spring & summer is the harvest.
avocado is a vegetarians best friend, lets be real.. it gives a delicious flavor to anything & everything you put on.
so finally, i can buy ripe avocados that are the perfect shade of green on the inside.
fresh strawberries that has flavor better than candy.
& plums, because well, i am trying to give them a fighting chance.

i had SUCH amazing feedback from last months calendar, so i figured i would continue this monthly series!
sorry if this one looks a little rushed, because frankly march came before i knew it!
i traveled back from texas with my friend catherine over the weekend.
the drive felt longer, but it went by faster with a friend with me. have a lovely tuesday!

the home that i built
lynchburg, virginia was the town that i became the person i am today. the place where i found my source of inspiration to pursue my dreams. the place where i felt the deepest love & the deepest pain. so much growth happened in those few years that i spent here. i cherish this place.
many of days i sat in the white hart cafe. it was right down the street from my neighborhood and i spent many afternoons sipping on coffee & journaling. this place was a shelter from all of the worries, fears, and doubts that i carried during this season of life.
returning to this place, i returned to my home.
